| Here’s what you need to know about the ordering, shipping and care of your Sticky Pigs |

| Ordering your Piggies |

We take as much care in shipping your Sticky Pig’s as we do in hand making our delicious bacon confections. Therefore, please allow a 2-3 business day window (during non-holiday season/media explosions) after receiving your order to bake and ship your piggies out. Even though you might choose overnight shipping, that doesn't not mean that you will get them the next day.

We very rarely have bacon confections sitting around, (they will be gobbled up within minutes, if there are extras!), because all orders are baked when ordered. If you have a specific date you need your order delivered by please let us know when you checkout in the Comment's Box and we will do our best to ensure delivery on that date. Please keep in mind that we cannot guarantee delivery of ground service, only overnight and second day shipping.

You may also pre-order at any time, which is a good idea during the holiday season, Valentine’s and Mother’s Day/Father's Day. In that same Comment's Box at checkout you can also let us know about nut allergies, or other special requests like a personalized note.

| Shipping Your Piggies |

We ship Monday through Thursday with delivery Tuesday through Friday. There is no Saturday, Sunday or Monday delivery.

We ship FedEx Overnight during the hotter months and add 2nd Day Shipping and Ground Shipping during the colder months. (If you are shipping to California, you are in luck because we keep the ground shipping option during the hotter months.) Why? Because your bacon treats are, well, made with bacon so that means they are perishable and taste their best when consumed within the first few days of receiving. However, they will last up to two weeks. Also, if we don't ship overnight during the summer your chocolates will arrive melted!

All prices are calculated from the FedEx website. If you would like to use your FedEx account, please email us at contactus@thestickypig.com. The Sticky Pig currently ships to U.S. addresses only. We’re sorry but we do not ship outside the U.S. or to PO Boxes at this time.

During the warm weather months we add a thermal insulated cover and a cold pack to keep all the fun stuff we put on the confections from melting away. Your piggies are best eaten right away, but will keep for up to two weeks. You can keep them in the fridge in an airtight container, if need be.

We are not responsible for delays caused by FedEx due to weather or mechanical errors and are not able to offer refunds for those reasons. If you are shipping to multiple addresses please email us at contactus@thestickypig.com with inquiries, and every effort will be made to accommodate your needs.

Orders received after 3 pm on Wednesday will ship the following Monday. Please email for rush orders.

You must provide a valid street address for your order, including apartment numbers, suites or floor numbers. We are not responsible for delays resulting from incorrect or undeliverable addresses. Shipped orders will not require a signature to complete delivery, and will be left at the delivery address if no one is available to receive the package. On warmer days, this may result in the chocolates melting. The Sticky Pig is not responsible for packages damaged at, or taken from, a destination where no person is available to receive it. We highly recommend shipping chocolates to an address where the recipient will be available to receive them.

Please note that we cannot ship to P.O. Boxes.

No delivery is available on these National holidays, or the day immediately following them. As described herein, other black out days will apply: New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve.

We take great pride in providing all around excellence from our tasty treats, superior customer service and luxurious packaging and make every effort to ensure that your purchase will arrive in perfect condition. If for some reason you are not satisfied with your purchase we will try our best to make you happy. We ask that you notify us immediately if it does not, so we may determine the proper course of action, which may include replacing orders, at our sole discretion. We do not accept exchanges or returns.

The prices listed on our website do not include delivery charges, and are subject to change without further notice. Prices are subject to change without further notice.

| Shipping Rates |

Shipping and handling charges apply to each address where an order is shipped, based on the current published FedEx rates. Shipping costs will be automatically calculated when making your purchase. In the warmer months, from May 1 to October 15, we ship Next Day Air in insulated packaging.

| Availability |

The website lists all of the products that are normally available online from The Sticky Pig. From time to time products may be out of stock or otherwise unavailable. We will attempt to notify you by email within two (2) business days of the ship date, should such a case arise. If we are unable to contact you, we will adjust the billing as appropriate.

The Sticky Pig retains the right to substitute items of similar or greater value, at no extra cost to the purchaser.
